the beds were so horrendous that we couldn’t sleep, causing significant problems during our family visit. the breakfast was an absolute joke, no warm food or eggs. it's shocking that I wasn't even offered an upgrade for all my troubles. I almost left a positive review but between the noise and discomfort, I just couldn’t.

It was just a well-suited match for a budget stay in Valencia with exceptional value. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the city. Arriving early was a plus, as we were allowed to check in immediately and drop off our bags.

escape from the Valencia heat, especially after our day visiting the Oceanarium and Science Museum. While the pool was smaller than expected, it was deep and offered a fun experience for my grandson. However, I wished there was a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to tram and bus routes. Additionally, the large shopping center nearby offered a variety of shops that came in handy. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and found the staff to be quite friendly, truly enhancing the experience.
